Welcome to Protect Kids Online LLC (“Protect”). By using our product and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review the following terms carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Protect’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Protect provides services designed to protect your children’s privacy and secure your devices from ads, trackers, and other malicious content. Our services are available via monthly or annual subscription.

3. Subscription and Payment

a. Monthly Subscription: Protect offers a monthly subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee indicated at the time of purchase.

b. Payment Method: Payment is due in advance on a monthly basis. You must provide a valid payment method to subscribe to our services. By providing a payment method, you authorize Protect to charge the monthly subscription fee to your payment method.

c. Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

d. Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months of service.

4. User Responsibilities

a. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Protect immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

b. Compliance with Laws: You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

c. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the services provided by Protect. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access to our systems, distributing malware, or engaging in any activity that violates these Terms.

5. Termination and Cancellation

a. Termination by User: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

b. Termination by Protect: Protect reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, any applicable law, or if your use of our services may cause harm to Protect or others.

6. Modifications to Service and Terms

Protect reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, our services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By using Protect’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
